St. Patricks Day festivities will commence with pre parade entertainment on Main Street with the talented musicians from the Killarney School of Music under the direction of Pádraig Buckley. Killarney's 20th Anniversary St. Patrick's Day Festival will be one to remember. Pub doors will open at 10am. $10 cover charge starts at 11am, $20 cover at 3pm. The funding was announced by Kerry Fianna Fáil TD Michael Cahill and Councillor Tommy Cahill. The Cahills welcomed the funding, stating it will ensure the 2025 celebrations succeed. The allocation is part of over €22,000 granted to seven St. Killarney Town Twinning Association is working behind the scenes to bring representatives of the town’s many twins to the St Patrick’s Day Parade.
